YS17-E4C    Clay Camp Grades 6-12     CCE Summer - 2017

Description:
Clay Camp: Grades 6-12

This camp is designed for interested students to enjoy the ceramic process. Students will hand build numerous clay projects from fun to functional. Monster mugs, animals and clay masks are examples of creations your artist can build from earthenware. Various clays are part of the experience. For example, white sculpture clay, air dry and terra cotta. Students will use a variety of finishes from glaze, paint and marker on their work. Pieces made during camp will be picked up the following week if not taken home at the end of the week. Campers should bring a small snack and water bottle. Instructor: Ms. Orahood
